I am debating on whether to take the fishing rods or not, anything biting there from the shore this time of year?
Thanks

There should be some decent surf perch in close around there.

Best of luck! FB

maybe at the rocks youll have luck, the rest of the beach is flat, no drop offs. i fished there a while ago, as far as i could cast with my surf rod was like 3 ft of water. waves break really far out there. if not the beach, go around a little further inland. i got a leopard there on squid not too long ago
