Yes he's older and they do have some functions where Allan Fong comes and does seminars however alot of it is about getting together as a group. They do ton of charity group planning and such as well.

Sounds like they need new blood to stir things up and motivate them. Why not join that group and interject a fresh approach?

In fact look up "Catch A Smile Day".. We go over to Aero Jet and stock it with trout and take handicapped kids fishing. Its the greatest thing in the world. Now granted i'm not referring to the stockton chapter, just sacramento..
