Unless you have a two rod stamp.  I won't do it.

Don't want to get fined for something like that.

Or, if you have a buddy with you.  Just throw the fishon rod to them and you get another rod and try your luck.

Oh, of course, that could still be a technical since your buddy would be probably reeling in and therefore you would still be in violation if you have more than 1 line out per person.

But then again, I guess that is what the two rod stamp is for.

Undecided

This happens a lot during this time of year. If I'm tossing a bait with more than one hook like a trap or sammy and I see a toad chasing my smaller hooked fish. First thing I do is release the bail and let the hooked fish swim free. Sometimes them chasers will try to take that bait from the hooked fish and you end up with a double. But, usually when these bass see you and your rig the chase is over. Angry Grin

This has happened to me a couple of times, got 2 on two occasions and 1 on the other with one lost.  It is hetic when both rods are singing.  Happy days again, I hope.  By the way,  I do have a two pole licence.

Tight lines, Bud
