Future Pro Tour 2012 – 10 years of consistent quality, value and excitement
AP Media Center - Sacramento Ca. – Ten years have passed, and as the Thunder Valley Outdoors/Future Pro Tour recognizes a milestone achievement in delivering asolid decade of consistent quality, value and excitement to the west’s growing legion of bass fishing anglers, some may be tempted to believe that it is notpossible for this all-amateur level bass fishing tour to bring anything new tothe table.
Thunder Valley Casino/Resort the Future Pro Tour’s title sponsor, will continue tobe the driving force that allows FPT competitors to enjoy entry fees that make participation affordable for the average weekend warrior, and giving them a pure 80% payback for their efforts, no additional insurance or permit fees atthe ramp, and a guarantee that the last check at any FPT event will pay back more than double the team’s basic entry fee ($200 dollars).
Opening season fast approaching and as FPT participantshave come to expect, the 2012 season will challenge angling skills and featurediverse venues throughout the year beginning with our season openers on March 3rd at Lake McClure (central region), and March 17th at Lake Berryessa (northern region).
Both of these kick-off events will see a large field ofcompetitors, and for those of you who place a high premium on learning, both ofthese opening events – as well as ALL events the FPT host’s throughout the 2012 season, will feature informative seminars on the evenings prior to each event,featuring some of the best top bass professionals in the western United States.
So get ready as we prepare for the 10th - and bestseason ever of Future Pro Tour competition and excitement. We can’t promisethat you will catch fish, but we can guarantee that you will meet great people,improve on your bass fishing skills, and have a ton of fun in the process!
FPT will be at the 2012 ISE Sportsman’s Expo in January (booth 3128), where several of the west’s top pro anglers and tour sponsorswill be at our booth, to meet, greet, and share valuable tips on how to catchfish for the upcoming season.
