Anyone been out to the Delta?

I was thinking about hitting the Delta this week. and may have got the fish moving a bit. Has anyone been out?

Cold weather, dirty water, and wind equals hard day on the water now on the delta. The winning combo so for has been sun beatin riprap bank with tullies and incoming tide with a black and blue jig. Hopefully the weather will warm up soon and the bass will move up. Im probably going this weekend as well.
