    Re: Lake Amador

Fished it late Sat after trying for trout. Lots of shallow fish in the back of the coves. Some folks had success catching the small fish with roboworms. After marking bigger fish in the 12-16 foot range off points, I was able to entice a handful with a tube bait. Fat girls ready to spawn. Water is clear. Temp 59. Stay away from the weekend crowds and you should do fine. Enjoy!

Was there last month, the water was pretty cold. I haven't been around much lately, been traveling. You could check the trout board, see if you could pick up some info there. I will say when that lake warms up I'm going to be there. That lake is very Bass friendly. 8-)
