    You Can fish Below the I-80 Bridge (South) at night so yes you can fish there 24 hours a day.
    Above the I-80 all the way to Oregon you can only fish 1 before Sunrise till 1 hour after sunset.

    Above the I 80 North 1 hour before and 1 hour after. Below the I-80 bridge you CAN fish at night
    24 hours a day.

    Getn some new gear...i use 4lb test ...should i go with fluorocarbon or mono...also what brand do you suggest..lookin for decent quality...any info would be appreciated...
