west marine always has them on sale, if you do find one there i would call around and find out if anyone has it cheaper, i have found that they can be alot higher sometimes on certain products, there is one at the bottom of amador right down the middle of the main lake if you have scuba gear ;D

I'm looking to get myself a hand held VHF radio within the next day or two. Can anyone recommend a place in Sacramento to buy one? Also, can you recommend a hand held VHF that isn't too pricey? Thanks in advance.
