I think my choke is stuck. When I go to choke the boat, nothing happens. It just makes a clicking sound. How do I release it/make it unstuck?

Goota think with a fresh rebuild on the carbs you induced an air leak somewhere. This would cause a lean condition and make it rev and ping on startup.
