i asked my wife about age in korea. up until you are 5 they count by years, like if you are born on 20 dec in jan you're 2 yrs old. after you reach 5, then they go by birth date. so it could be a long time between 5 and 6. i think thats how she explained it.

A friend in Korea posted on my Facebook 2 days before my birthday to tell me that I'm 2 years older in Korea. I asked why and she couldn't determine the origin, but it is what the Koreans told her. She's Jamaican and Korean. Quite a mix.

Good luck with the 25 YO. I'm 28 and can barely handle them. Too much energy. I'm tired and want to go to sleep while they're up hootin and hollerin. That and their mindsets give me a headache. There's no logic behind their views.

I like that I'm younger than my dog though. She's 5 now so she's 35 in dog years. That little old lady of mine comes to life when other dogs are around and mounts each and every one of them. She potties with 1 leg up. I raised her to be a tom boy lol.

What about Asian countries where they tack on a year at birth? I've been told that January males in Korea not only get 1 year at birth, but because they were born in January they get another +1 year.
