Re: Rotater Cuff
Mine right side is torn, I have not had it repaired yet due to the fact my Doc said at my age 29 its better to live with the pain once in a wile than not be ably to get full motion! It is only a small tear but no snow ball's, skipping rocks, tossing a football etc. or I pay for a week or so! It was a few years back I went to the Doc for this, I really want to know if thing's have changed. When it hurt's I could kill him for saying not yet.

Re: Rotater Cuff
I had chronic forward dislocation, a torn rotator, and a damaged bicep tendon in my left shoulder. I am back at 99.9% and it is all due to physical therapy. You will have to give it 120% of your effort if you want good range of motion again. Good luck and let us know how you are doing!

Re: Rotater Cuff
Yep, been there done that, mine turned out to be a severed ( don't know the correct sp) Lebrium , had the surgery in 02 I think, am not 100% but feel sooo much better. hate surgeries but that was worth it !!
Good luck hope your surgen is as great as mine was. At least I came out of it with a permanite bra strap holder, remove an inch of my collar bone so the strap don't fall no more *;D
