The boat is the same boat in my sig picture which was taken just after I got it. These boats are built off the same design as the 1825 jet. They took 2' off the back and added a splash well but left the delta pad. I beleive it's a 7 deg deadrise from the pad. The boat gets up on plan easy enough and when it's on the pad it only needs about a foot of water to run in. Because it has no keel, the boat turns around on a dime and is very easy to side slip into the dock. Its a very easy one person launch and with the low level launch trailer I've never gotten my feet wet even when river launching. It launches in 12" of water at the tires.

I'm not a financial institution but essentially I think that we can call our lenders and as long as we both qualify I take your loan and you take mine. I'm sure they'll treat it as a sale and re-fi but who knows.
