Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.My houses are all standing we were less than one block away from where the fire started. We are back in our home with the gas and eletricity back on.we are one of the lucky ones Tons of support is pouring in but their is a need for more.Anything will help.We have a great community with alot of strong members and we plan to stay for another 40 years if possible.thanks to all the fish sniffers and their prayers, Jeff keyser,T_B

The outpouring from the local community is out standing. This still is a small town that cares about each other. Don't let this stop you from coming up here this town counts on all the people from out of the area to survive.
Today the sky is blue but the winds are supposed to come up this afternoon so the fire danger is still very high. They are supposed to have it under control before the 4th of July so if you have plans to be here please come up. So don't believe some reports that you may have heard the whole lake is not burning up. I still see the charter fishing boats going out and the fishing is good. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.

Slim[/quote]I was just up in that area a few weeks ago. It's a shame what is happening there. Once things get a littled settled I'm sure there will be groups helping out the folks. I'll certainly be one that will do what he can. Where are all the tsunami people when we have a tragedy here in the USA?
