Why don't you just go fishing, catch a 50 lb striper. Take a picture of it, kill it, eat it and post it on the boards and tell me that it tasted as good as a smaller one. Hey Vito. I was just asking if any of the guys who were posting facts about the taste of 40 + lb fish had tasted one. Or if they were just repeating something they had heard from the grapevine.
    I think I have the answer. ;D
BTW. Since stripers are not milked and you say female dairy cows are not sold in stores, why would you use that analogy :-?

    For the uninformed.
The term "filet mignon" is a French derivative, the literal meaning is small (mignon) bone-less meat (filet). Cut from the small end of the beef tenderloin.
So that dried up, milked out, steroid fed dairycow has plenty of it too. Have you tried it ;D ;D
