    A 3 way swivel with a dropper line much lighter than your leader. Tie the hook with a live bait loop (perfection knot) and run about a 3ft leader and use just enough weight to touch the bottom.

    In the nose is best when fishing in current. If fishing in lake with a bobber or in still water you can hook them in the back. if you back hook them in a river with current you might as well put a dead fish on your hook.

    would it be better to hook them in the nose or would it be better to look them in the back and what kind of rig. planning on a trip to knights landing soon was just wondering what setups would keep them alive and attract the fish the moSt. not prying for secrets just havent had a keeper since early last year any help would be much appreciated
