If your after frozen bait why don't you buy a couple of pounds of whatever you desire and keep them in your freezer at home . Comes in real handy for those spur of the moment fishing trips when the baitshops are not open .

In Woodland, the Longs sells frozen bait. Not sure other Longs does.

So the only bait shops now open early is Broadway Bait, Elkhorn and Freeport Bait. Shoot this little 7/11 store next to the college used to carry frozen sardines, clams and worms but now I believe new management came in and stopped selling bait.
