Sadly, if you studied U.S. history then you know, if they want to, they will. It may take time and they may lose battles but they win wars.

This thing isn't going to pass in its current form but may ultimately have a major negative impact on our fisheries. This saga will never end and being ever vigilant, frankly, gets old after awhile.
