Thing is the loading type websites are missing a key component in most re-loads.....the bullets. It is getting very tough to find some other things as well.......Jetspray

Agree, you never know if it's from store bought round or a reload. I did a lot of reloading for my P220 when I was going after my Sharpshooter medal. I always policed the area before so I picked up all my own brass not someon elses. I don't shoot enough now to make it worth the time or effort. I did enjoy it when I did it.

It all depends where you're from. Different cities will vary on how complicated it will take to get a CCW. It all starts out by applying with your local sheriff(it must be from your local sheriff department where you are currently living), go through some interviews, once you pass your interview then you must find a CCW certified course(most security training/academy will have a CCW course session). Pass that class and now you must pass the range test, shooting with both hand, one hand w/ left & right only, both hand kneeling, from the hip once you draw from the holster, and etc. Now after you have pass both the class and range test, you may now go to a certified live scan and get your finger print...runs approximately $100 - $180(live scan only) depending on where and who you go to get it done. For each handgun that you want to carry as a CCW, you must qualify each gun at the range. Every year, you must re-qualify 2 times(range test), no closer than 4 months between each re-qualification. And every two years, you must have a total of 4 re-qualification in order to renew your CCW...if I'm not mistaken.

It's tough and expensive in Calif, but over here most are less than $200 and there are even mobile trainers that will come to your home for an extra fee. Mostly you need to be within the guidelines of the law here, no problem, you just need the cash and weapon..........Jetspray

They practically hand them out like business cards in butte county lol.

    Seon,

I dont always fish in bad areas but i do alot of night time cat fishing and even if they arent in a bad area ive had tweekers straight up walk out of the woods onto me and my friends. You never know what whack job is lurking out there. I'll be getting my CCW soon so i can stop worrying so much especially when i go fishing in KL and such. that place makes me worry more than anywhere else since ive had to deal with so much suspicious bs just to catch some striper/catfish..
