My friend stopped by Lake Forest at 3PM and the parking lot and the ramp is plowed but the gate is locked. No inspector there. Docks are not shoveled so there must be at least *2' of snow on them. Also there is ice about 2" thick floating in front of the ramp. He said that I could launch if I was careful around the ice and if the inspector shows up. :-/

Bummer hooks, maybe they will get out there today and plow it for the weekend.
So, if the parking lot isn't plowed, the inspector can't get to the gate. If the inspector can't get to the gate and open it, the launch won't get plowed.
We're going to need a better system.
