Well that's a good try. Seems like the keeper size fish are upriver from KL as of late.

and the bathrooms there are only for the direst of needs!
    Here they come!

    Knights Landing 5/2/18

Launched @ 0700, counted 15 trailers in parking area. We headed down-river and soaked sardines/chicken liver. Water temperature 65. Could not keep up with four rods in the water, way too much action. More shakers than I've ever had to deal with and only one 21" to bring home. Caught a few catfish as well (C&R) and the largest pike-minnow ever brought to the boat by my wife, quite large. The river was low but pretty clean with abundant fish. Other people we spoke with had some success but nothing to write home about. If you decide to go bring lots of bait and stretchy thread to keep it intact. Beautiful weather and a whole lot of action. Left @ 1300. Oh and the porta-potty was one of the worst I've ever encountered (don't even consider using them). That's all folks!
