    Most all the lakes in California in the summer are party lakes, at least on the weekends . If you can fish during the week days before noon you’ll be ok. I fished Camanche yesterday which is a major party lake on the weekends but yesterday (Tuesday) there was almost no one on the lake until about noon when they started trickling in.

    I know that Rollins in the summer is a big party
    lake.The best time to fish Rollins is the winter months.
    Scotts Flat I know nothing about.

    Anything trout related biting at these locations? Not seeing much info on these.
