Good eyes gents. I have the full on Easter Bunny outfit. I inquired this at a retail store remodel in 2004 Seattle WA paid 5$ for it.

The handicap parking was found on the side of the road going to Reno in 2009. I happens to decide to pull over ad check my tie-downs and about 200ft away laid that gem...

I would check out CL in Sacto as well as Yuba City area. I found my trailer for my 12' alum by putting an add on CL in the "wanted" section, describing exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend.. It took about a week but I hit pay dirt with the add. Had a guy call me saying he had one in his yard that had been unassembled and part of frame was bent so it needed work. Told me I could have it for $15 if I just hauled it away. I've put less than $250 into it for new lights, new bunks, new tongue, winch, reg, etc. and now have a virtually new trailer. You'd be suprised what people have laying around that they are willing to part with for cheap if they think you can use it.

They include a light kit in the package. After assembling the trailer, you have to take it to the DMV to register it. A Cert of Origin will be provided at the store, so registration is a fairly painful process, and costs about $50 for Permanent Trailer Tags.
