    Any lost Dinos?

Lmao I can only imagine the looks of other anglers on boats while I'm trying to snare the 10in catfish I caught. I guess I will keep it for when I finally go shark fishing.

Being the that I am, I think we should all show our appreation for the new regs by using our snares on all other fish species then posting pictures of it.

Snares works great on shark for those that are needed to be release due to undersize. The rest...gaff comes in more handy.

If you have the right net you can easily net any size fish your allowed to bring on board. I have only used nets for dino fishing and after its in the net, I leave it in the net while I take the hook out and decide if its coming home. Makes the revival process much shorter since it never left the water.

The 44 incher we caught yesterday was hooked on a light sturgeon rod and went up river and got wrapped in the anchor rope.....I took the rod over the top of the boat and went under the rope and gave the rod back my buudy and he fought the fish for another 5 min before I netted it....all with a barbless hook! I was impressed! I thought for sure we would lose that fish.

Sportsman's Warehouse in Rocklin, if I remember right they were less than $4.
