Knights Landing area yesterday..... not a whole heck going on yet.

Took the wife out for her first fishing trip of the year Saturday 2/25 on the boat on the Sac to see if any more sturgeon had come up yet.. Launched At Tisdale (um, wasnt there a dock there to assist getting on and off boats?) Fished old Tisdale area, then downstream a bit, then upstream above grimes... no action again. Lamprey, ghost shrimp, Squid marinated Sturgeon Frenzy, and others. Nada. water temp about 53.5 degrees. gonna take next week off from hitting the sac again. hopefully soon we all can get better action this year. Next week is March!! good luck everyone.

They are around .... Heard of 3 being caught At second beach over the weekend.. I was out all Sunday with no takers at p bend...... One thing about THE KL... tight lips from area fisherman so its really hard to get a good report and or accurate... Headed out tomorrow ..will report back

I was out there on Saturday.... herd one was caught but cannot get that confirmed... Also fished one of my honey holes for several hits but no takers...

Fished for sturgeon and any wandering striper Sunday in the Knights Landing area. covered about 7 miles or so.. no action whatsover and appeared no one else on boat or shore was having any extra luck. Couldnt even graph many fish at all yesterday. fished a few of the spots we go to.. nothing. hopefully it will pick up next month for us all. This weather has me wondering. easy traveling on the sac river in the boat right now if anyones wondering.
