    Re: 6-10 susuin again

My e-feelings aren't hurt. SJ is probably a good dude but doesn't see eye to eye with me on a few issues. I'm OK with that as I'm sure he is. I at least respect his passion on a subject instead of just rolling over and not replying. The internet is more fun this way!

BTW, I'm in for a FS sturgeon derby for sure! Nothing like some fun comp for e-bragging rights to make things exciting

Yer killin' me, Buzzard! You're getting more action in a month than I get in a year! Maybe two! I'm looking forward to this fall and getting out there again. Great reports!

Buzzard, you dont go fishing, just catching, nice job. I went out there to the MBF last big -tide on a solo trip. I saw a few jump, fished for 12 hours, 9 hours in got my first bite and set the hook, fish on, fought for 20 minutes and finally got to the boat, I was a little ticked when I saw a 60 plus pound bat ray. The whole time I thought I had my first dback of the year. Was weird because by this time I had moved to the bottom corner of the carq straight and have never seen nor heard of bat rays in there. Any Rate nice job.

By the way next year all this chatter will be moot, no more snares and measure fish in the water so I am hearing.

Game on... Lets do an outing to settle this thing.

What is the best time & date?!

Whatever bait & and legal tackle is a good catch.

All photo pictures in the water will qualify A to Z ruler zoomed in.

C & R only, a total length will settle all pros & cons.

5 anglers per team, no matter # of boats.

Let's do a sign up for 2 teams.

    CH vs SJ

    Tides & Weather a subject

    * A border line fishing grounds TBD

Now that is a great Idea. even tie a knot at 46 and cut it off at 66. just leave it on the snar. I'm doing that right now even though I can't fish for quite a while.

Time for a fact check big fella. I've never said anything about fishing once you've burned your 3 sturgeon tags. I'm well aware of the rules and I've been checked multiple times by DFG without once being cited. Even after putting my keeper sturgeon in the boat for this year. I've still got sturgeon tags left for the rest of this year so quit crying about what I do and everyone else. You're sounding like a broken record that no one cares about or pays attention to.

You obviously don't read a lot of reports since I don't post on 90% of them out there. I'm not breaking the law and if you can't handle that I suggest you follow me around and report me to DFG so you can look as clueless in real life as you do here.

I'm not bashing you though... I just suggest reading comprehension

Ps - I went halibut fishing today and we released keeper fish. I guess I'm going to kill the halibut fishery like I am the sturgeon fishery

If you have a hard time measuring the fish then cut a stick at 66 inches and then hold that off the side of your boat that way there is never confusion about bringing a oversize sturgeon out of the water.. I don't say keep them in the water not only because of the fines but it's not good on the fish at all.. Also the comment on still sturgeon fishing after burning your tags. Rules Are rules man. Just save your last tag and then you can fish all year for them!! I'm not bashing you but asking you just follow the rules because one of these days it's those kinds of people that could end up getting this fishery shut down
