Just let me know when and where. Soon it will be time for Amador, dont know if you and Jake have battled those beasts yet. Its a blast from the yak, almost as fun as spring stripers!!!

Kevin, Jake and I used to go full on minimal camping where the food was just not the point. But hanging out with Doug has classed us up a little (yeah, I know that seems like a stretch), and this last trip we brought lemon chicken and rice pilaf that my wife made. Much better than canned stew. One of these days I am going to get a yak and then ask you to show me how the whole yak/trolling thing works!

Man did i miss out! Great looking fish all of you. Rainbows, Browns, and Brookies = Trout Hat Trick. You guy have posted some of the nicest looking brook trout pictures i ever seen (notice how Doug's jacket matches his fish). Paul, Can't wait to get out there and tackle some trout with you and Jake.

I agree on the beauty. Hard to believe but the photo lacks a bit from the in person. I can't express how exciting it was to feel the fish was of some size, then see a swirl that let you know the fish was big, then the brightest orange flash from the belly of the fish with Paul and Jake standing next to me, and all of us in unison going, "oooooohhhhhhh....get that fish in!" Truly a rewarding moment.

    Thanks Dirty!
