Thanks for the Kind words!!! It's a bit tough up there... I just keep moving around til i find some fish that want to play. Seams this year, they like a little faster lure. That is why i think the Rapalas and Spoons have been doing better. I did have a Grub bite for a while though... Good Luck

Camanche 1/5 Rainbows to be Had!!!

Decided Late last night to give it another try at Lake Camanche... Going to ISE show next Saturday... So up at 5:30am and at North Shore gate at 6:30am. After a brief Inspection of the Boat, Launched at 6:40am. Started just outside the Buoy line, heading towards the Narrows... Dropped Down, two Grubs. One at 5' and the other at 8'... Nothing til i get to the Mouth of China Gulch. First fish on the 5' rod. Worked this area for awhile, for no more fish... So Back out to the main lake. Over to the Rockwall, nice take down, another fish... Spin back around, picked up another... Thinking a found them, NOT!!! So now i decided to put the Spoons on. Kicked up the Speed and off i go, back to China Gulch... Good Decision... Finally found some nice fish... Called it a Day or Evening at 4:30pm.
