Love the blue. Love the big Mack. Beautiful pictures from that new camera. Congrats Eric on the pig.

Fish 2/22/13 22 pound Tahoe Monster Mack!

Here is Erics post of another Monster Tahoe Mackinaw Lake Trout !!! Well My dad and I decided to head out on Tahoe for some trophy hunting since our new camera arrived. We figured there was no better way to get its first use than a trolling trip for big fish , Browns ,Rainbows, or Mackinaw on Tahoe. We trolled from Dead mans point North in 25 to 50 feet of water using big lures and losing a lure in the process . Then hooking up a few minutes latter with a big fish on a 10 inch Trophy stick in silver platter, in front of sand harbor launch ramp right as a boat was heading in . After a good fight we got the big fish near the boat and it was no match for Captain Tahoe and the mega net !!!! Turned out the fish was a 22 pound 37 inch monster! We then trolled a little more hooking up with another nice fish to have him pop off. After that We headed in for the 4:00 pm gate closure and brought home 2 bright orange monster mackinaw fillets. Another Monster Mackinaw netted on the PT-109 !!!! Thanks Dad for a great day on the water!
