Not sure what Sollimes uses but I have been sucessful and have seen many others be sucessful using a clear bobber. It's funny that when the bobber hits the water it really gets the fish going.
Sollimes,
How do you fish the Wooly Bugger from shore?
Cast and retrieve with split shot? Bubble?
Nice report sounds like Pardee is the ticket either from bank or boat.Nothing like a good smoked fish enjoy, [smiley=thumbup.gif]

Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish. -- Ovid
Hey sollimes, I remember you doing the same thing up at Melones
a couple of months ago, you got that BANK thing down.........

Left the boat at home and banking it instead. Fished from 1pm-5pm
C&R over 15 and lost lots of fish due to a really weak hook on the Wooly Bugger that I got from Fisherman's wherehouse >. 2 of the hooks beak off at the tip and the hooks are soft and bend very easy. Any body have this problem?
Anyways caught all of the fish on black wooly bugger all between
2-4lbs. Still lots of fish in the area.
