I haven't had a problem with inspections in the rain. Be sure your prop cups are dry and cover with zip-lock bags and rubberbands. That way they are dry when you get to the inspector.

Morning showers on what day? I don't think they do inspections during the week.

I called Pardee and was told inspectors are reasonable if a boat shows up wet from rain. Is that true?

I'd like to make the trip up from the Bay Area but the forecast calls for morning showers.
