Re: Camanche or Pardee
Thanks everyone, we are going to try Pardee. If you are out there and smell a BBQ that will be us as my buddy really likes to cook and eat. What could be better than fishing and having a hot breakfast and lunch prepared for you? Oh, maybe a few ice cold brews also.

Re: Camanche or Pardee
Aquaman, I would head to Pardee. Limits of kokes by Noon. There's a really good chance to catch a nice rainbow too. I know someone that was there today and had three limits of Kokes. 12 - 13". Good luck and post some good news!!

Re: Camanche or Pardee
I would recommend Pardee. The kokes are starting to show in good numbers and theres always the possibility of hooking a big brown.
Not to mention its one of the prettiest lakes around with great water quality. Also no lake lice

Re: Camanche or Pardee
You've got two chances at Lake Camanche. They are catching some lunkers in the lake and if that doesn't pay out, try the South Shore Pond. Mt. Lassen just dumped a load of Rainbows (Thursday) in the lake at South Shore and another bunch in the Pond. I stopped by the Pond last evening and saw a guy with a five pounder.
Pardee has been giving out some nice Rainbows around the marina, but if you go up river, they are catching a few cokes.
