My son and I ventured out to SC this morning, didn't have my luck, but we saw a couple of 8 pounders, 1 by the 3rd dock and one on a boat (we think it was Gary Yamamoto) he was in a nice Boston Whaler. We notice everyone using 3 to 4 foot leaders, we switched to the longer leaders, but still no success.
We"ll try again next weekend with the boat and see if trolling is the way to go :-/
