Yeah don oroville is great idea went out there 2 weeks ago and there are fish everywhere around bid well to the bridge

I was out there on Sunday for only 1 12"er Trout. Marked lots up the N. fork & talked to some Bass dude that said he pulled in 5 Kings in 10 minutes jigging with a spoon somewhere. Showed me a very nice 1 he kept. I tried jigging for them in few spots where I found the stacked at 60-90'. 30 minutes of that and I went back to trolling. Just enjoyed the weather... Folsom was way hotter last year at this time. Think I might hit up Orovillle soon for some Coho.

Went to granite bay and chose not to bring the boat(bad idea). Fished from 10-2 for a big fat zero, not even a nibble. Threw everything but the kitchen sink!! About 8 others out there banking with nothing as well, still a beautiful day but I hate being skunked.
