Wow those Brookies sure are pretty. I didn't know they got that colorful, I've never caught any that big! Lol. Keep in mind those brookies are probably at least a few years old....slow growers for sure. Almost rival the LCT in looks.....

Nice pics. I really need to catch some Brooks and Browns. Damn near 38 years old and never caught them before......you have to fish for them though to catch em. My wife was just showing me a pic of burney falls too!
    Always wishin I was fishin!

Those are the best looking brookies I have seen in a long time. Great pic's and scenery too. Makes the hike worth the efforts........Jetspray

Fantastic fish, Sollimes! I'll have to try those Bouyants next time. Hope to see you on the water!

    RnF,

Thanks for leaving the BROOKIES for me! Both silver and gold works, but silver caught more fish. Next time we will invite you, there some nice holes in Hat creek where you can catch
5-10 fish at the same spot.

Excellent Sollimes! You must of got the big brookies that I didn't. Glad I did that for ya :-) Thanks for posting the pics. Were those Thomas Buoyant lures? What color worked best. I think they look like gold but I only see the backs in the pics.

Funny with your pic of Broke Off Mt. I have the same pic from my wife and I's motorcycle ride last year.

    Thanks for sharing!
    Cheers,
