How about this custom made one, no two alike!

Built this awhile back for soaking bait for stripes. It fits into a 1" PVC coupler to be mounted in a standard rod holder.



Cheezy, but very functional.

Great looking balancer WC, but Im not sure that would work well on his tube....except maybe as an anchor. LOL!! Gives me a couple ideas for my boat though.
