    Fishing Notes:
  • Steelhead Move into the river from December through late March. Bank fish with roe, Corkies, flies and spinners. Pull Hot Shots and Wee Warts or boondoggle baits from drift boats.
  • Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass Fishing best from late spring through fall when water temperature heats up. Toss crawdad crankbaits and finesse worms in brush, stumps and around rocks.
  • Catfish Brown bullheads and channel cats are a sleeper for anglers dunking clams and nightcrawlers in the holes during the summer months.
