During the winter slowdown I am taking time to send you a photo of the best fish I caught this year, its a 22lb. 37" Mack caught on a u20 frog flat fish @ 100 feet using a downrigger off Tahoe City in July. It took me 20 minutes to land the fish on 8 lb test mono. Thanks, Michael Mooney, Reno, Nv.

Steve Foley
Here is a picture of a nice 7lb12oz - 29 inch Lahontan Cutthroat Trout I caught on a Rapala during a fishing tournament at Pyramid Lake, Nevada on 11-12-00. I came close, but the winner took home the $9500 SmokerCraft fishing boat and trailer with his 10lb5oz Cutthroat. Steve Foley, Carson City, NV
Dan Spears
I caught this one in Rio Vista on 11-28-00. This was only my third trip out this year. It was caught off shad. It measured 37.6 inches and weighed 17.8 pounds. Dan Spears, Stockton, Ca
Joe Reggio
Here is a hog I caught in the Delta with Captain Barry on the Fish N Fool IV. The fish took a couple of butterflied shad on the bottom. It was by far the largest striper I have ever caught. Tight lines! - Joe Reggio
Dickson A. Keyser
I caught this Rainbow on the Lower SAC while floating with my Dad and Brother (01/12/01). The fish was approx. 8lbs and was over 28" long. It was caught on an egg pattern using 4X tippet while deaddrifting with an indicator. Great fight! I think that this might be a worthwhile photo to submit! Keyser out!
Fernando
Hello! My name is Fernando, and I catch this bass in Cajon de Peñas Jalisco (one hour from Puerto Vallarta)
Norm Evans
This Is Tim Klunder and his 65" 60lb Sturgeon caught in Cache Slough on 1/22/01. The fish was released after the pic. Thanks, Norm Evans AKA (Moose)

Alan Close and
Michael Butler
Alan Close and Michael Butler caught these two beautiful steelies on the Smith River while fishing with guide Dan Carter. They were 19 &12frac; lbs & 16 lbs.

Terry Lewis and his potential record breaker
This is my pending 6lb line class world record sturgeon. It weighs 81.50 lbs and was 67 inches long. I caught it on November 12 at marker 18 below the Dumbarton Bridge fishing with Bob Prior on his boat "Hammerhead". I used a custom built (by me) Seeker BS 705 blank with aftco ultra light roller guides. I use a Shimano TLD 5 reel. This is the same rod I used to catch the current IGFA 6 lb line class record last year. Both fish took a whole herring. If this fish is approved it beats my old record by 14 lbs. I landed the current record from an anchored boat, but ended up chasing this 81 lber for over 1/2 mile. He would not stop running. When I have more information, I will pass it on to you. Light lines! Terry Lewis
Ed Moreland
Ed Moreland does it again. This one came from Suisun Slough in 11 feet of water. It fell victim to another frozen shad. The 10.2 pound striper was the only fish boated for the day, with a 4-5 pounder being lost under the boat by one of Ed's fishing partners. The lost fish was hooked on anchovies.

anchovie man and capt. Hook
Hello steelhead, once again I send you some more pics. Thanks for putting them in for us! These two sturgis 56" and 65" plus 3 fine stripers (not shown) were caught by my two good fishing buddies, anchovie man and capt. Hook, out of r&r islands near pittsburg. Thanks again
