Fish Nut Casserole

This is a super recipe for any white fleshed fish such as wahoo, yellowtail, dorado or albacore.

Place seasoned croutons from a box or stuffing mix in food processor along with fresh parsley and lemon zest, blend until fine.

Melt margarine or butter and dip or brush fillets, then dredge in crumb mix.

Place in baking dish, top with favorite finely crushed nuts (walnuts, pecans etc).

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
