Here is the recipe for everyone:
First clean up the fillets by getting all the red meat off (that is where the fishy fat is). Then put the fillets in a Pyrex dish, put in butter, olive oil, seasoning and cover with saran wrap. Put in microwave for about 3 minutes.
It is easy and delicious!
