The Fish Sniffer

Caught this 8 1/4 lber (weighed) by dragging a watermelon drop shot up a drop off from 20' to 14'. It seemed the pattern that I picked up on today was fishing similar structure with a drop shot. Fishing was still pretty slow as I only landed 1 other fish (a dink) during the 6 hours I fished. Each cast was 5 minutes+ after marking fish on the sonar holding on the bottom near drop offs. Also tried jerk baits, knocking spinner baits on the green tulle points, a downsized jig and pig, a KVD 1.5, and a deep dive crawdad crank on the rip rap dam but they wanted that drop shot! Water temp was 50 degrees at 8am and by 3pm it was 55 degrees.
