The Nor-Cal Guides and Sportsmen’s Association (NCGASA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that serves as the "Sportsmen’s Voice" for Northern California. Backed by over 2,500 members, the organization brings together professional guides and outdoor enthusiasts to protect regional hunting and fishing opportunities. By working directly with government agencies and conservation groups, NCGASA advocates for better hatchery production, habitat restoration, and fair access to public resources. The association is led by a volunteer board of directors and regional managers who turn local expertise into a unified front to preserve California’s outdoor heritage for future generations.
