Trollers Battle Rainbow Trout

FOLSOM – If you like to catch hard-fighting rainbow trout and an occasional king salmon, Folsom Lake remains a solid prospect.

“Yesterday I had Nate and his wife Racquel out for some fun on Folsom Lake and it did not disappoint,” reported Nate Kelsch of Big Nate’s Guide Service after his recent trip to Folsom. “I haven’t fished that lake in over 4 years but grew up trolling it for trout and kings 2 times a week, so it was like riding a bike.”
